Student Requirements, Contributions & Charges

Student requirements (booklists) are items (stationery, books, consumables) to be provided by families each year. The lists are released in late November for the following year and are available for download below. Families do not have to purchase from the School supplier - they can make their own arrangements. All students are expected to start the new year with their supplies.

The 2025 Contributions & Charges can be found here. This document lists the voluntary contributions and maximum charges which have been endorsed by the School Board. The schedule will allow you to calculate the maximum cost that may be incurred for school activities during a school year.

The 2025 Voluntary Contribution remains at $60 for each child attending school. It is a once off payment which assists us to provide appropriate resources and high quality teaching and learning programs. Everything from art and craft materials to sports equipment and core curriculum essentials. This amount compliments other funding sources and equates to just $1.50 per week per student.

A Technology Levy has been introduced in 2025 to contribute to the cost of student ipads and laptop sets and worksheet printing. This equated to $1.25 per week for students in PP-Year 6 and 75c per week for Kindergarten. Payment may be made using the same options available for voluntary contributions.
