Janelle is a multidisciplinary business professional with over twenty years of commercial experience in carbon, energy, finance, sustainability, strategy, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

In 2023, Janelle was awarded a Fellowship by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand for driving change within the climate-related financial reporting field.  Through various industry, government and professional bodies, Janelle was instrumental in ensuring the application of a financial lens to climate and other sustainability reporting.

Janelle currently consults to a variety of small to medium enterprise, having previously spent fifteen years with Wesfarmers', leading the climate and decarbonisation strategy with a remit that covered governance, strategy, risk management and climate-related reporting.  With experience in project evaluation, project management and continuous improvement, all these skills come together to ensure a considered and balanced approach to all ventures.
